Can you ovulate 2 different size follicles at same time?

Hi ladies - I'll be testing around Sept. 22. Had an ultrasound on cd13 and had one mature follicle at 22mm and one almost mature at 15mm in addition to several other smaller ones that they didn't tell me the size of. I ovulated 2 days later on cd15. What are the chances that the 15mm follie continued to grow and I released both? Doc didn't say anything about it and I didn't think to ask - she just told me to go home and bd! This is our 6th cycle trying naturally and doc wants to start me on clomid next cycle if I haven't conceived.

yes you can. Doesn't always happen, often they are reabsorbed but totally possible
