Never heard of fondant shimmer or Bulk Barn unfortunately

This might seem weird, but I have a physiotherapy session this morning. I'v never been to physio before, but Shawn goes regularly and so I thought I would attempt to get even more worth out of my medical plan and try it too!

DH booked me an appointment with a woman who does physio in pregnancy. I'm not sure what exactly to expect. Anyone here get physio during pregnancy?

I've gotten this one a couple times but just in case you haven't seen it, I'm going to share.

Three men married wives from different countries. The first man married a woman from China. He told her that she was to do their dishes and house cleaning. It took a couple of days, but on the third day, he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.

The second man married a woman from Italy. He gave his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking. The first day he didn't see any results, but the next day he saw it was better. By the third day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done and there was a huge dinner on the table.

The third man married a girl from Canada. He ordered her to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot meals on the table for every meal. He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day, some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye, and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher.

Does anyone know if you can get the shimmer to put on fondant at bulk barn?

I don't know but I do know that you can find shimmer dust in Terri's Baking Supply Closet. Too bad you don't live closer, I have ALL the colors you could ever want, shimmer dust, piping bags etc etc etc. I have a whole closet full of baking supplies.

I think the cake you want to make is beautiful. Take lots of pictures k?

Good afternoon ladies!! (Guess it's still morning for some of you actually!)

I went to get my Healthcard renewed today.. bad decision to go in the middle of the day, you would think they'd be busier later in the day, my mom usually books things late in the day and leaves work early rather than taking a whole day off to do this sort of stuff, but the waiting room was packed, they had tons of chairs and every one was taken and there were about 20 people standing waiting Took me 2 hours, thankfully I didn't park at a meter LOL

Finally got caught up. Decided that I shouldn't come on here other than on my lunch breaks or if I get here in the early morning....seems there are eyes in my office that I was unaware of!!

How do I work and have a child?? Seriously. And now he has decided that he isn't the best sleeper? AT 10 MONTHS?!?!?! WHY? Last night, he went to bed at 715, was awake and SCREAMING at 915. WE don't do the CIO method but had to because we didn;t want him thinking he could control us and to get into the habit of expecting us to jsut grab him and rock him. After 15 minutes of constant screaming I finally gave him a 6oz bottle and thought that would settle him, he drank it all but it did not settle him, so he screamed from 940 to 1015 and fell asleept. Keep in mind we would go in and rub his back and ensure he was ok and it was super hard but I don't want to make this a habit.

Then he slept until 345, and pretty well whined and cried until 445, then I feel asleep until 515 and my alarms went off. THIS IS NO FUN ladies!

However, he did look mighty cute this morning which took a majority of the anger I had from the night away. It is not his fault afterall, probably a growth spurt or those top teeth.

Oh and you all will be happy to hear I fed him peas, toast and cheese balls for supper last night after I gave him a few spoons of a casserole puree and he did so well!! Made me more confident about him eating other finger foods!

We went shopping yesterday and got some ideas for Christmas presents for family and A. DIsney store has a great sale on for PJ's - 2 for $25. I got A a pair and his friend Mya one too.

Thanks for all the book suggestions BTW. I am so excited to go buy some!! I am a bookworm too!

Hope you are all having a good day today! I am back on the diet train. Woke up this morning with the determination that I will make it to my goal if not 10 more lbs past it!!

WTF is wrong with me and food today?

So earlier I decided to make some KD for lunch. I was at the part where you have to add the cheese powder. So I grabbed one end of the pouch and flapped it a few times (nothing major) just to make sure all the powder was at the other end of the pouch. So not only does the ENTIRE TOP RIP OFF (as if I ripped it fully off horizontally!) it does it in mid flap and went EVERYWHERE. On the vent hood above our stove, on the stove, on the counters, the floor, our fruit bowl... UGH! This stuff so doesn't clean up easily. Then my KD was really bland because half the cheese powder went over my kitchen.

So then I decide for a snack I'm going to have one of those PC Smoothie popsicles. They're only 50 calories! So I grab one out of the freezer, rip off the packaging and pop it in my mouth like I always do. Although what happens? MY LIPS STICK TO THE STUPID POPSICLE. Like when they tell you to not lick a frozen steel pole type of stick. It freaking hurt! I had to run to the bathroom and try and get water on it to loosen it up.

My top lip is still stinging.
