Can't find heartbeat on my Doppler :(

I've just turned 13 weeks and have found it wayyy harder to find baby. There's a lot bigger area to search, and my baby hates the doppler and will run from it. I'm pretty sure I have to catch it sleeping to hear anything. Maybe since baby can move purposely now, it's just found a nice hidey hole to burrow down in.

My little lady did this too! But was just hiding round the back. More towards the spine. Took an awful lot of looking to find. GL hun hope all is well xx

I find some days hard to find hb if you can hear placenta that's a good sign and baby is close by! Try going really steady and slow it took me 45 mins once to locate babys hb some days I find it straight away but others it can take me a long time I'm 17+3 and my baby still likes to hide low down by pubic bone and the other day he moved and I located hb closer to my left hip so like previous posters have said baby can hide and move positions x
