Cats

I had 2 cats and they never once laid on baby, one did once lay at the foot of the cot. But they were no trouble and stayed out of the babys way as much as they could. Sadly they were put to sleep within 5 months of each other. We bought a big mosquito net and hung it up over the cot to 'keep them' out but this was more a visual thing for all those who decided that the moggies would lay one the baby and suffocate it, the baby is now 2!!!!

I have 3 dogs that are my children. I wouldn't want to raise my baby without pets. When my cousin was pregnant (she has two huge pitbulls), her sister told her that she should get rid of them because they're mean. She was so wrong and my cousin just laughed in her face. They are the sweetest dogs and my cousin's son is absolutely in love with them. It is all about how you raise them (the pets and children, lol)
