Changed TTC by a year, now feeling petrified!

So after lots of discussion, DH and I have decided to move our TTC date a year forward! Which means we will be TTC in 4 months and 2 weeks! I'm suddenly petrified and excited at the same time! I need to lose 21lbs before we start to TTC and need to prepare physically and mentally for being pregnant again, should I start taking pre-natals now? Is there anything else I should be doing? Thanks!
