Hi all Some recipes are with cheese, melted in or brown on top of the food. Once the cheese has been cooked in this way, can it still be frozen? Wasn't sure about this one, going to do a batch of a different recipe today, but wanted to make sure it was ok to freeze before I started cooking Thanks
i asked my hv this she said cheese will freeze as long as it doesn't say on the wrapper that it's already been frozen. I haven't done it myself yet though.
