Christmas Morning, we don't have a 'Christmas Eve' in Holland so my DH will have to do without one too... presents get opened on Christmas​

Trying to figure out who to spend time with and which country to be in. Go to Holland and cut out all of my husbands family, or stay in England and not see any of my family?​

A bottle of perry and a purple hat with the poundland tag still attached. It's the thought that counts, right?

Early. I started about a week ago for this year.

Yes, who hasn't? I have really sensitive skin, so if I get a bath set that's heavily perfumed (usually give by a member of my class) I pass it on.

Pretty much everything, but especially stollen, and Gregg's mince pies.

I like both, but I think clear just have the edge.

A star, that's older than I am! I don't object to angels on the tree, but I don't like Father Christmas dolls on top of the tree.

Very much so.


20. The most annoying thing about this time of year?
The commercialism. I love the festive season, but I wish more people who try to remember the reason for the celebrations, and make the time to take a few moments for faith. It wasn't Santa Claus who died for our sins!

Love real ones but we do have a real-looking fake one, lol! I don't trust the cat to leave a real one alone!

About the first or second weekend in December


4. When do you take your Christmas tree down?

I would prefer to leave it up till 12th night but in previous years if I've been back at work a day or two earlier than that, we take it down so we're all organised for back to work. This year though I'm on maternity leave so it'll be staying up till the last minute!

Never had it

Used to but lost lots of the bits of it Might get a new one this year.

ooh...I think perhaps my dolls house, my little pony grooming parlour, monkey that stuck its thumb in its mouth or twirly curls barbie!! (showing my age!)

Father in law and brother in law - they have no interests!

Think it's going to be our little baby Sophie, have seen loads already!

A hideous, hideous ring from my ex's parents.

Usually pay day at the end of November but always plan to start earlier

I always argue with myself about whether to use clear or coloured on the tree but end up with clear! Sometimes put coloured in the kitchen.

Christmas morning, apart from our first married christmas as we had to fit in visiting both families which involved driving a total of 120 miles!
