Clomid 150 mg

I know there are several threads about Clomid, but I just had a specific question. I didn't ov on 50 mg or 100 mg so this cycle I am on 150 mg. I was just wondering if anyone else has been in/is in the same boat and what the chances of success are on 150 mg when lower doses didn't work. Thanks girls!

Hi... I dint ovulate on 50mg. took 100mg and waiting for progesteron test to confirm ovulation. I got +opk on CD18. So hopefully I did or will do 150 mg next cycle...

when i was on 150mg i was also on metformin. it was the closest i came to ovulation. but i was on 200mg without the mefortmin and i didn't ovulate..not even close...that was my experience..

hey gals......how long u wait to get ovulation on clomid round???
because m taking treatment frm Fertility specialist...he gave me clomid 100..frm day 3 to 7...n i had ultrasound on CD13..and according to him m not responding to clomid 100..so he started progestrone to induce periods...he didnt tell to wait...is it ok? or it is better to wait.....

I am currently struggling with the same thing. This is my first clomid cycle 50 mg had an ultrasound on CD13 and dr. saw nothing and wants me to start the progesterone to induce AF right away and get started on 100 mg for next cycle.

I have been struggling with what to do because some people do o as late as cd 20-25 and if that was the case then nothing would show up no cd 13 but something still may happen and I don't like the idea of giving up that quick. I think it depends on your situation though and how much faith you have in your body to o later. I know in the past I have o'ed later so I am going to give myself a little more time until around cd 24 or 25 then if I don't confirm o based on my temps/opks I will give up and take the progesterone and move on.

hey thanks for replying .....i think u r right...its better to wait...but my case is i already started progestrone...so need to continue....praying 2 god for all of us....wish u lots of baby dust....take care
