clomid question

we are on our 14th month of ttc, just had an MC this weekend. doc is talking clomid. what does clomid do for you if you are already shown to be ovulating?

sorry to hear about your m/c

im currently taking clomid even though im ovulating.

i think it justs boots your ovulation, so instead of releasing just one egg, you release more giving you a better chance.

there is a chance of conceiving twins when taking clomid!!!!

its difficult to say just yet, Im going in for a follow up. on friday we werent sure if I was MC or ectopic. Im going to ask him. But hubby is stationed on a boat and is scheduled to be gone starting first part of april for up to 3 month

oh no! maybe the doctor will want to wait a while for your body to go back to normal after the m/c-ectopic.

i had an ectopic 2003 they had to remove my tube with it i was 6 week xx xx

my hcg level was only 12, we lost the baby.

hi....i was put on clomid even tho i was ovualting.....i was diagnosed with polycysts on my only ovary june 09 so my fs thought the clomid would help boost that only ovary...( had the other ovary removed when 2 days old as had cysts on it!) it worked!!! i fell pregnant in feb & am now 8 weeks pregnant with twins!! good luck..xx

hey hun sorry for your loss, im also on clomid. like the ladies above already said, you produce more eggs. the idea for someone who is already ovulating and has had m/c is to produce more mature and better quality eggs. xxxxxx Good luck

hi ladies i have had 2 miscarries been for blood test scan been told womb cervicx and overies all ok bloosd said i was producing the right hormones hubbys just had his sperm test today did you ask doctor for clomid or the hospital did you requst it or did the suggest it i been doing them overlation test and i get a smiling face on 14 & 15 days but i might ask for the clomid if hubby sperm comes back ok any tips or help will really help me i fell pregnant twice so i can fall just lose them one at 6weeks one at 3 weeks thanks ladies x
