ninifay- how are you being monitored to confirm ovulation? Are you having bloodwork or ultrasounds done to check for maturing follicles or ovulation? I'm not sure about the pickles I love pickles and just eat them all the time. I haven't gotten any cravings but my hubby has. Lucky him he gets the good symptoms. Hopefully you only need one cycle of clomid. Good luck

Kai- do you have irregular cycles or do you have one every month? Did you have confirmed ovulation with the clomid?

AFM- my 2 year "married" anniversary is on June 18th. We are being good with budgeting with the new house being built and baby on the way. Hubby asked me what I wanted to do maybe go to south padre island or corpus christi since its not to far. Both sound very exciting but I don't like the heat so wouldn't last long at the beach anyways. LOL So he had another great idea. He asked me if I wanted to do a private 3D/4D ultrasound to celebrate our anniversary. Didn't even have to think about it twice I would rather do that. He just knows me soo well. He already found a great package. He is getting a platinum package since he said we would have spent all that money on a weekend at the beach and hotel. I'm just sooo excited I couldn't even contain myself. I had tears in my eyes. He was going to keep it a secret but he was also too excited to even suprise me. He did ok, he kept it a secret a whole day. I have an appt on the 21st with my OB so we will do it after that appt.

This is my second round of clomid. This time I took 100mg... But, I'm with a new dr this time.
she didn't order me to come back or anything. (Seems like I can't get a good dr around here) So, I have been taking ovulation tests which heck I thought I had a positive one last round.. My old dr informed me I didn't ovulate on 50mg.

I plan on calling her in a couple weeks if I don't start a period or get a postive pregnancy test.

Praying this time we will get pregnant, heck we been trying for 7 yrs :/

You should atleast ask for a 21 day prog level bloodwork. If your dr. doesn't want to do ultrasound they should atleast confirm with b/w that u are ovulating. I took clomid 100mg & 150mg an didn't respond. I was also taking metformin. But when the clomid didn't work I stopped the metformin. Thats when I started taking cinnamon 1500mg daily an started temping. Got pregnant 3rd cycle after 4yrs ttc. With the cinnamon I was able to get 40 day cycles instead of 80-100 days apart. I hope those opks are accurate for you. Good luck

I am officially out. Got AF an hour or so ago. Kind of feels bittersweet -- at least I responded to the Clomid, but who really can be excited to see AF. This cycle was 31 days, which is what a normal cycle length would be for me during months I ovulate on my own, but it just seems like this cycle dragged on forever, especially since I only know that I ovulated, not necessarily when. I am dreading starting this new cycle and having to start everything from scratch and play this waiting game. Such an emotional rollercoaster.

Sorry af got you. Glad the clomid works for you though. Maybe you can try temping with this cycle. Don't feel down about the dh sometimes guys just say things without really thinking about it. Hope he realizes what he said is part of a sensitive subject. how this can be your last clomid cycle an you get a bfp

I'm doing great an my lil boy is very active. I can feel kicking an moving around like crazy. I'm excited about our next ultrasound. Can't wait to get a clearer picture of my lil one.

I hope more bfps start coming soon.

cinnamon like pills or can I buy that at walmart?

I will call her & find out about testing, Idk why she wouldn't of suggested it herself.

F@ck. faint positive, but little bit of spotting. I have used another pessarie this morning (progesterone) to see if that will help with the spotting. Why oh why can't it just go smoothly. Sorry to sound bitter but I just can't see this working out already - probably because its exactly what happened last miscarriage.

Sarah bump buddies with you would make me very very happy, so I really hope that this is it. I love my little cute boy so much, it's hard not to want another one - boy or girl. Lol about the pessaries!!! I contacted the FS and he said I'm doing the right thing - so will be using 800mg of progesterone per day.

I am going for a blood test tomorrow to check the levels. Last loo visit was no pink or red - so please please please be a sticky bean.
