Could this be a positive sign?

I need some positive vibes here. LOL Me and DH have been trying for a baby for a year and nothing has happened. I even stopped having periods and my doctor told me I wasn't producing enough hormones to ovulate. So about a month ago I tried Cuerpo Amarillo Fuerte and I just finished with my first period in over a year. Could this be a positive sign? I'm excited but I do no want to get carried away. LOL What do you ladies think? Sorry if this included TMI
