I agree, it's wrong. That first child should not miss out. Wen I had lo, OHs payments went down. I made him enter into a private agreement to pay the same amount as he was paying instead of the new amount csa said.

Unfortunately, wen he lost his job, she still wanted the same per week so had to get csa back involved.
