Daily kegel reminder!-if ur squeezing bump this post please!

Don't know if this was mentioned before, but doing kegels before you give birth and afterwards, it also works to tighten everything up again ;) I have been doing this since I was 18 and when I had DD at 27, I was back to 'normal' after a month.
 
I have been unintentionally squeezing today as baby keeps punching me from the inside and I have to squeeze to stop myself from having an accident. Going to go do some more while doing the washing up lol!
