Day 2/3 and day 21 bloods

I am asking in behalf of friend who is concerned that her day two bloods are being done on day 3 instead? Will this matter? It is to check amount of eggs left and the day 21 is to check for ovulation. Any insight will be greatly appreciated

Bloods to check FSH and LH levels should be done on day 3

Also CD21 Bloods (progesterone) - it should be done 7dpo! They call it CD21 and if you have a spot on regular 28 day cycle and O on CD14, then Great, but if you on O on CD16 then bloods should be done CD23!

Progesterone peaks at 7DPO and should be done as close to this as possible x
