Day 21 Progesterone=56, no AF

I went to my docs this month and he advised me to take my bloods on day 21 as my periods are irregular every alternate month! E.g 28,32,28,42,28,29,64(turned out to be miscarriage at 6+4),28,42,28
So I took them on day 21 of what would normally be a long cycle and they came back at 56, which I'm told is high? I'm now at cd33, still no AF and have got myself that worked up I'm scared to test!!
