AFM, 7dpo today. This morning I was checking my CM and saw a little speck of brown blood. I'm hoping deep down inside that it is IB, but I don't want to get my hopes too high. I usually spot a day or two before AF, but she isn't due for another 7-8 days. I hate this waiting game!

Well ladies, I think I am out. . .again. Was really hoping for a Christmas surprise, but as of right now, I really doubt it. My spotting has increased. It's still not enough for even a pantyliner, but it looks like my normal AF spotting.

What confuses me is that I am only 9 dpo today and my bbt keeps rising. My LP is usually 13-14 days. I do usually spot, but not until 11 or 12 dpo. I think I might have a LP defect. I'm going to call my OB in the new year to schedule an appointment. This is so frustrating.

If your bbt is rising, it might just might be IB. I've got it crossed for you. I had a panic today as I took a cheapie dip stick test and the line showed immediately but wasn't as dark as the test. But temps were up and I trust the frer more than a 10 for £4 unmarked brand. Just hot to stay postive this one will stick.

Thanks Daisy. I'm trying to keep positive and really hoping that this is IB, but also don't want to get my hopes up too high. We will see what tomorrow brings.

I do hope that this is your sticky bean - I've got you in my thoughts and prayers! Have you scheduled your first drs appointment yet?

I'm happy I took another frer this morning and well, see the pic, it's darker than the control line .

I called the docs, he said self refer to midwife so I have done. I spoke with specialists secretary and she just said congrats so, I'm going to book a private 7 week scan but then I guess it will just be waiting for that 12week one.
I feel positive about this one, the last I just knew it would go, this one I think I will be meeting a beautiful healthy baby girl in 8months.

Oh, so excited for you!!! Those are great lines!! Have you told DH? Or are you waiting to suprise him on Christmas??

My spotting is lighter today and my temp is still high. FX it is just IB. AF isn't due until Monday, so I think I am going to wait to test until then if she doesn't show in the meantime.

I actually ovulated last week, ththe first time in 6 months so here's hoping December is my month!! Got gyno appointment on 31st so only 4 days to go.

Quick update from me, i hope you don't mind me sharing. I spoke to specialist secretary on New Year's Eve as my stupid doctors refused to issue a new prescription for metformin. Specialist requested I come in for a scan today.

Any after worrying myself silly. We saw our little bean and a little heartbeat!! Clear and strong. She measured 3.8mm at 6weeks 1 day, which is 2 days behind. My calculations but all good. So I'm moving the private scan back a week.

Fingers crossed next scan will show continued growth.

He did say though my left ovary was still quite polycystic looking and has kept me on metformin until 12 weeks. He did say to go through them for antenatal but I'm already register at the local hospital.

An update for me. Not prego and AF has come and gone. However, I did see the doc and she ordered some preliminary tests. She didn't seem all that concerned, but I am happy that she took the time to listen to me and started some routine tests. Now at least I feel like I am being somewhat productive and that sits ok with me.

I saw gynae... Been booked in for another ultrasound and have blood forms for CD1-3 and CD21, have also got some meds to induce period if I don't have any again for ages!! I'm 12DPO today so fingers crossed I don't need any of this but good to know I'm one step closer xx

I heard back from the doc today about my blood test. She left me a message saying that my thyroid tests were "a little off" and she wants me to see my primay care doc. She then said to call her tomorrow because she was going to be out of the office all day today. How frustrating!

So, I booked an appointment with my PCP for Wednesday. When I talk to my OB/GYN tomorrow I guess she will tell me what "a little off" means. High. . .low??? I guess we will see. Anyone have any experience/advice on this?

Well, the doc said my thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level was a little high, which I guess in the world of endocrinology means low thyroid functioning. But my other free floating thyroid (T3 an T4) were normal. She said that she is unable to diagnose anything right now, but is going to run more tests.

I guess thyroid functioning is really important for ovulation and for the health of the baby once we conceive. Who knew?!

My OB/GYN called me at home last night around 8pm. I missed her call, but she said to give her a call today so we could just check in.

I have to say, I am really glad that I went to the docs when I did. And am actually really impressed with how fast they are working. Hopefully all this will get sorted and I'll be on my way to a BFP.

How are you doing? When do you think you might test?

Well I'm 17dpo - so 3 days late. No period but also negative preg tests so far :-/ so no idea what's going on!!

Oh Bellle, that's frustrating. Are you scheduled to see the doc again?

AF is due on the 20th for me, but I just know I am out again this month. Had some brown-tinged CM last night and more this AM. Pretty typical for me around this time. Of course a friend of mine just let me know she was pregnant after 3 months of trying and this is her second.

Got my blood results back from my second round of thyroid testing and they said everything was normal this time around. I guess that's good news, but then why can't I get pregnant?!?

I'm 11 days late but still nothing! Have started taking meds to induce period today. Have ultrasound 5th feb and anther specialist appointment 25tg March x
