Freddie's has just started growing through a lighter brown, so maybe Caitlyns will too :)
Hows the feeding and stuff going now?
Still the same - a lot of chewing the teat and not much sucking!:dohh:

Oh my gosh! I haven't been on in AGES! Like over a month! How is everyone & their babies? So much has happened!

I'm officially a single mum, my OH didn't move back in after I threw him out in Feb because I found that living alone was so much better! I'm less stressed out, havent gotta cook for anyone but me, less cleaning, less junk laying around! We officially split a few days ago! I absolutly LOVE being a single mummy! It's so much better than being in a shite relationship with an abusive manipulative bloke! I find it quite easy as well, I have a routine that suits me and Charlie and isn't disturbed by a smelly man lol.

Charlie is doing wonderful! He's exactly 3 months old today, and is such a joy! Last time he was weighed at 2ish months he was 13lb lol, & I got HV visiting Thursday so will update how big he is after (I'm pretty sure he's pushing 15 lol!) The thing is that he isn't a chubby baby, he's just tall but he's recently started to get rolls on his thighs and his wrists are starting to look a bit chubbier lol.

Yeah so I lost my job and everything, and my housing benefit and council tax benefit all got sorted, so that's a massive stress off of my head! I get to live in my amazing flat with my little boy :) soooo happy, much happier than I've felt in a long time :)

Charlie is still on comfort milk, currently guzzling around 6oz...it hasn't changed much in the past month. Sometimes he takes 3, sometimes 4 etc. And PROUD MUMMY RIGHT HERE !!! --- he sleeps from about 12:30 until 8:30 :happydance: so I get amazing sleeps at night! He'll go back to bed from 8:30 until 11 as well :happydance: He's been doing it for the past month, so I've had great sleeps. The only touble is that he thinks his bedtime is midnight lol...but it suits us, and he's content so I wont change it until needs be!

Life is great! And I hope everyone is doing well :) Here are a few pictures -

WOW! Sam my honey you sound so much happier - good for you.:hugs::hugs:

Happy Mummy=Happy Baby - what lovely piccies of you and Charlie

Im thinking of buying a jumparoo....They are very highly recommended  I thought they had to be older to go in them??? Sitting up age??? I could be wrong (if I am wrong ~ Im off to buy one )

cant remeber the recomended age but like the bumbo its aslong as they can support their head its fine. jack went in it at 3months and was fine

The jumperoos are reccomened from 4 months or when they can support their head but Jude has been in his since 2 months as hes very strong lol, he loves it would highly recommend  xx

everyone's babies have grown so much and are all so beautiful!
I am having a babybjorn synergy carrier delivered tomorrow :) noah loves to be carried, but be able to see everything and it's made of a breathable material which is perfect for the climate here ;) i am also getting him a "sophie giraffe"- does anyone else have this? - well we will name it george lol :)

Kelly you need to get on FB, even if you only have us on there.

There are all saying their broody, mad the lot of them

the facebook group is private which means only people who are members of the group can read anad post if that helps :D we miss you guys over there aswell :( x

Thanks for all the messages girls, yep we're definitely much happier :) lovely to hear from everyone :)

I jinxed Charlie sleeping well! He keeps waking up at 5 lol :(

Has anyone started on solids? How do you know when they're ready for rice in their milk?

Kelly - totally understand the facebook reluctance but Courtney is right the Dreamers group is private if that helps

Sam glad things are going well, despite 5am starts! I think some of the girls have begun solids - baby rice at least. I know you arent supposed to start until 16 wks at the earliest though.

Apparently this is because babies dont generally learn how to swallow before then. Milk is squirted to the back of the throat naturally, i believe that is why some baby medicines have syringes to get it to the back of the throat too.

We have started weaning now (3 days in) She is now having bananas & pears....rather than baby porridge (as id heard it can constipate them?) Shes loving her food...:baby:

I think she may be teething though, as very unsettled between meals/bottles....Dribbling loads & chewing her hands

Aww glad shes enjoying her food, Jude loves his too, he had carrot, broccoli and colliflower for dinner tonight! Judes teething also, his tshirt is soaked by midday and it soaks through his bib! He hasnt needed anything for it yet and hes not crying with it, theres worse to come! :-(

I am just looking at buying an 'amber teething anklet'...Never had one with the Boys, as hadnt heard of them

But they get great reviews on here

Heres my thread about it:

I got Ivy's teething necklace from Dinodaisy - I really think it is working  On the days she doesnt wear it she gets much worse problems with her little gums
