December Dreamers 2010 mummies-keep in touch

Really Emy?? You got pregnant whilst taking the pill? I have had no issues with it, then the two bleeds I had last and this month (not really an issue though) but the preg symptoms are crazy that are coming with the bleeds hehe :) If I continue to get the bleeds I will just go on a normal combination pill instead.

Haha!!! I don't blame you Emy for trying to space yr lo's out! Dh has 3 children from previous relationships with b'days in Oct, Nov and Dec plus then Ailsa is a Nov baby as well and then with Christmas coming shortly after it makes for a very expensive time of year for us!!!! Thank god this lo is to be an August baby!!!!

Maybe the northern-irish strain of cerzette isn't very good! I wasn't allowed the regular Pill as I have a high BMI.

Yes, OHs two are June and October, then Silas December. A spring baby would be lovely but I don't want to be preg over Christmas again!

And for everyone- my name is Kelly too- so I don't mind "wishing" or Kelly/Kel lol- Wishing is so long- I never really thought about my username in much more detail lol other than I really wanted a bub :)

I think it may be easier to call you 'wishing' still, as im Kelly too....My double case of baby brain would find it too confusing! :haha:

Kelly have you choose a hospital to have baby at? And when is your due date? X

Yes, have choose the hospital, luckily, the nearest hospital is also a really lovely hospital :thumbup:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good luck with your flu jab wilsmum, mine didnt hurt one bit & no side affects either :thumbup:
Welcome back :) how did the move go? X
The move went ok, thankyou, but this new rental is sooooo HOT, we dont have aircon & I dont think the place is insulated from the sun....Its too much :wacko:
I'm utterly stunned that you're 34 weeks, that's maaaaad!
I know!!! :loopy: :haha:
Kelly how are you doing? I agree! I can't believe how fast yours and YoungNImum's pregnancies are going!! :)
Me either, no twiddling my thumbs waiting for each 'milestone' with this pregnancy! :wacko:
Kelly how the hell are you 34 weeks lol, that has gone soooo fast!! Are you booked in for a csec? Hope your all ok, havnt posted in here for a while! 18 WEEKS TODAY!! ah!!
I do not know how im already 34 weeks! :dohh:
I get my csection date next week, but it will be at 39weeks, so lst week of February :baby:
I have been told that they keep you in at least 48hrs, but up to 4 days....I wasnt keen until I heard i get a room to myself (or sharing with just one other lady) & my own en-suite :winkwink: Now im happy to stay in, think I will need it too with Meadow still being so young :baby::baby:
Hi Kelly :hi:
Wow! your pregnancy has flown by hey! That's lovely about the hospital!!
Best of luck :) xxxxxxx
I tested when I missed my first period because I was a bit freaked out having not missed one before. Then when I missed the 2nd I thought nothing of it, was on holiday and having TONNES of symptoms that I dismissed.
I had a pregnancy test left from last time when I got home so thought I'd check just in case...
And I was! About 6 weeks.
Never thought I'd be planning another baby in 18 months time though!
Oh wow Emy- if you had your bleeds on it I can totally understand lol :) Mine is the opposite hehe :)
Hope you get your BFP soon!!!!! :babydust:
I keep forgetting my password for this site. Things have been crazy busy, Emily has finally had her surgery on her cleft palate, fingers crossed all remains well with her. I have an extremely active 15 month old, walking, running, climbing stairs, climbing on furniture.
I am DESPERATLY wanting another baby, waiting til Emily is given the ok from the hospital after her follow up from surgery though :)
Kelly my glands r up and i've a sore throat thats been getting steadily worse all day so not too sure if i'll get my flu job tomorrow now!
I went home the day after having Ailsa by c-section - they weren't keen on letting me go and would have rather I'd stayed another night but DH promised he would look after me and not let me do anything and I insisted I would be more comfy at home in my own bed so they reluctantly let me go - i was escorted down to the hospital foyer tho to make sure i didn't collapse/pass out on the way!!!! Think I might stay in for the 2 nights this time tho!!!!!
Hi Vicky !! :) Nice to see you again! :)
Hope the surgery went well and Emily is doing well! Your avatar is just gorgeous of the two of them!
Wilsmum and Kelly, here they keep us in minimum 3 nights for a section or 4. I stayed 4 nights- to be honest I didn't wanna leave the hospital! I loved it there :)
Did you have a c-section with your son then Anouska? Did you mention you have complications before, it's somewhere in my memory...
And hello again Vicky! Good to know Emily is doing well. To what extent was her cleft palate? They are amazing those ops!
Hoping we find out relatively soon if Silas needs an operation. MRI on Tuesday and hoping we get the results quickly.
just her soft palate and very very slightly into her hard. she doesnt say much cos of it but makes lots of noises, and since the op says a few more bits :)
Hope everything goes ok on Tuesday Emma.
Hey Vicky welcome back, how'd Emily recover from the op?
23wks today, I can't wait to give birth :) x
Hope you feel better soon, I had to postpone my flu jab, as I was feeling rough from a cold too :flower:
I was home before 24 hours were up from having Meadow & I couldnt wait :thumbup: However, I really think the hospital here will be better (not so many people/babies for a start) So I will be happy of the rest, as im sure it will be full on when im home with 2 little uns! :baby::baby:
It really makes a difference if the hospital & staff are nice :flower: I hope this is a better experience for me here
Good luck for Tuesday & with the results :hugs:
Yes Emy I had an emergency c-section under a GA with Wil, I got to 9.5cm dilated before I was rushed off cause he got into distress. The whole being unconcious when he was born was awful and really played a part in how quickly I bonded with him. Thankfully the hospital agreed with me and my concerns and allowed me an elective with Ailsa and it was such a better experience. This time I have no choice and was just told it would be a c-section but think i would have chosen one anyway.
This hospital here isn't too bad - with Ailsa I had a private room before i went iinto surgery and while I recovered from the spinal abd then I was moved onto the ward which is only 4 beds so isn't too bad I guess!
Hi girls, sorry I haven't been about much. How are every ones LO's? Niamh still isent really walking, she will take a step from sofa to sofa but if it's more than one step she just drops to her knees and crawls.
Emy do you know if you weight over 13 stone or something like that your supposed to take a double dose of the mini pill.
Ivy is similar, she takes steps between things when she isnt thinking about it and has taken 5 steps or so between me and Nathan with lots of encouragement...
....she doesnt see it as a sensible way of getting around though at the moment :haha:
