DH made me clear out my vitamin containers and I threw both of the giant bottles away Why, oh why did I do that?!

yeah stucki take it cd4-8 ??? if you take it in the morning its supposed too work better with other hormones soy helped bring my ovualtion forward by 6 days also am having an au natrual cycle and i ovulated by my self cd16 which has never happed normally without ought it ovulate cd22-24 soo its safe too say soy is amazing !!! lol xxxx
