DIET Nees to start

my sister does a really good diet, it's basically a 7 day detox, you can lose weight and fast on it, dont think it's going to help TTC cos the calorie intake is low but if anyone wants me to email them a copy then PM me your email add and i will send it you.

She swears by it xx
 
I can't keep up this weight thing! People tell me you can gain weight all you want because when you get pregnant, then you try to keep the weight down??

Hmm... I don't think I could do it! I'm a housewife 24/7 and staying in the house cooped up and TTC makes me wanna eat for comfort or being bored...:wacko:

Aha! This is where my diet works. You can eat as much as you want when you want, so you are never feeling hungry and trying to avoid food which is why most 'diets' fail! Fill yourself up on protein and fat NOT high GI carbs which cos a drop in blood sugar and make you crave more food.
Aaaaah I wish I could tell the world about low-carb and nobody would ever go hungry again :(
PLUS you can eat things like cheesecake, muffins, cookies etc but they are flourless and sugarless but taste YUM because you can use butter and cream to cook with.
