Thanks just done mine! Hope I keep them up, I got told off by my physio last time for not doing them!! BUMP!
 
Will this help my bladder during pregnancy? Right now I'm merely 5 weeks, but I remember last time near the end of pregancyI was peeing 8-10 times a night. Then after birth my bladder needed to be emptied frequently as well. I am determined to do kegels this time.

Does anyone else find them really hard work?
 
I'm not sure I'm doing them right. Just squeeze? And hold the squeezing? I can breathe through them just fine and they're not difficult at all.

I've also heard that some women can do them upward, forward, backward, and side to side :shock:

oh, I think i understand what they mean. I can kind of feel a difference between squeezing in the middle or squeezing upwards instead of downwards :shrug:
