I take mine. Along with iron and fish oil. But I have been taking vitamins for years I have so many food allergies that it's difficult for me to get everything I need without the boost so it was just a switch of one bottle for another. I plan on taking them through breastfeeding as well. Anything that helps me give my baby the best chance he has is the right decision for me. For a couple of weeks I was forgetting every couple of days but I just asked my husband to make sure I took them and he has never forgotten a dose.
I still do. No need to though because I have a very good diet. I expect I pee them out because I get what I need through diet. Still breastfeeding too.
I'm trying to, but like a ton of posters keep forgetting (to DH's chagrin!). There's controversy as to whether they're even necessary if you eat well anyway... as long as all my levels on my labs keep looking good, I'm not going to sweat it.
