Does anyone know what alcohol does to bbt?

I had about a quarter of a glass of wine last night at about 9pm as sure I am not pregnant this month. My temp has shot up this morning? Is this because of the alcohol?

Alcohol can effect bbt but that little amount I doubt would unless you're really sensitive. What makes you think you're out?

Thanks for your reply. I just have the exact pms symptoms I usually have, and I get them really bad so I can just tell. When I was pregnant before I didn't notice much pms.

Well, every pregnancy can be different. So, you cannot really base your pms symptoms on whether pregnant or not. You know your body best, but it is a known fact that multiple pregnancies often mean very different experiences.

Yeah I see what you mean, I just get them so severely but I suppose you never know I guess tomorrow will tell me if it was because of the alcohol. :S
