does the wii fit really work ?

.. or is it one of those things you use for cpl weeks, then just put away to gather dust?
i struggle with excercise dvd's, just wondered in what way the wii fit is different and how often do you need to do it a week to see results ?

of course it works its exercise.
providing you burn up a sweat using it you'l burn the pounds. Ive been using mine since nov 08. Don't just use wii board with wii fit.
ive got the biggest loser game, i went on 8 week programme i think it were lost 22lbs they do fun workouts.
i use mine few times a week but not as often as i like fun way to burn calories.

I've just ordered the Wii Fit console and Wii Fit Plus & balancing board. I will let you know how I get on.

I think they look fab. Too expensive for me at the moment but il deffo be getting one when u become a lil cheaper
