I'm confused by your pain Nat, although I had pain when my temp dipped.

If your still getting brown, it'll go red if and when your temp drops below the coverline.

I put my chart bk up
Temp stil above cover line for now.
I also found a few charts like mine with a mass dip at cd16 ish n it shot bk up n got late bfp
Ffs it's making me bonkers or obsessed!
