Hello everyone! I am having a hospital birth, but my new doctor is really supportive of natural births and is one of the only doctors in my area to do water births in the hospital. I am really excited at the idea of possibly having a water birth! I really want to look into getting a doula as well, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Anyone know how much they usually cost? I was thinking about getting a student doula, figuring that they'll charge less. I have found doulas from anywhere between $250-$1,500! Trying to figure out what they typically go for, because there is such a difference in the few prices that I have seen.
