Early scan showing only gestational sac worried

Had a scan done today at 10 weeks days and sadly there was only one baby that made it. But either way it is still our miracle baby and we couldn't be happier. His/her heart rate was 170 and it was waving its arm around and being so active. I would like to thank all of you who gave me encouraging words when I was so worried. Praying our little miracle is going to be perfectly fine.
