Eating and Vomitting

hey should i be worried, i am in my third trimester , i have been eating and drinking alot less, when i do eat i vomit, i could be very thirsty and not drink anything, i cant help not eating, i will be hungry and eat a little bit and get full, whats wrong with me, is this normal??????????????????
