Ebay Help Again..........

Well I have asked for photos and also for the weight of the package.
I got rather a nice reply this morning:-
yes i will be i havont had no box the packige i had is from you it has duset in it with your adress on the back so i know wher its sent from and yes like i said i know you will have proofe of postige as thats why you set the dust to make it look real i am not stupid this gos no futher i have bean told by the poulice not to contact you and they will deal with it from hear thanks
followed by........
telling fibs i dont think so hun yes you are wright the first messige i sent i hadont recived anythink from you corect then i sent you another messige saying about the dust that cuz the pacige came its not in a box its in a evlope full of dust from a vacume cleaner by the looks of it i want my money back you have taken money from me that was for a outfit for my baby son
I really dont understand why she would open a claim to say it hadnt been delivered, which I told her I had to wait 3 weeks for a response before refunding. I refunded last wednesday so that case was closed,
Then she pipes up again with 3 different stories!!! jesus my head is battered!!!

I refunded her last week but its showing as pending 21st September so I am drastically trying to cancel it now. My partners going to the bank on his lunch then im going to contact Paypal too.
Mean I honestly thought the item had been lost in the post but since shes started being unreasonable and lying I dont want to refund her.
I have asked for photos and the weight, I am waiting for a response. I will post on here when she does!!!
xThe refund is showing as pending because she will have paid by Instant Bank Transfer so when refunded her it does it the same way.
So what happens is the money leaves your back but as its paid like a direct debit it has to clear.
When it clears it will arrive in her PayPal account.
I dont think you can cancel it.

xThere isnt much you can do now, i would call Live Help, and explain to them what has happened.
And then call Royal Mail and ask them the same.
Sadly ebay is very much on the buyers side nowadays.
All i can suggest is send all your eBay stuff recorded.
Its an extra 75p on you p+p costs but that way you are covered.

I have contacted Ebay and paypal - paypal cant reverse the transaction.
Ebay can see that she was refunded and the case was closed, then I would obviously hassle Royal Mail for compensation. End of story,
But she is obviously has reopened a new case saying the item was not as described. I explained to Ebay who says I have to ask her to refund my refund and if she doesnt call them back. I am also to open a buyer abuse claim or something because the stuff she is putting is harassment.
I have replied asking for a refund from her, il see what il get. Then I will be requesting the money back through paypal. If she doesnt do that then I will open a buyer claim on there as she hasnt sent the item again.
Anyone else think of anything I am missing? I have told the lady I will be contacting her local police station for advice as I will google it as we still have her posting address.
