EBM when going out?

Just wanted to double check really. A while ago when I had my first I remember reading that after you express you need to put the milk in the fridge asap. But now on the BFN website it says freshly expressed milk can be kept at room temperature for up to 6 hours.
Is this right? I'm hoping to go out for lunch this weekend, so if I express before I go out I can just take it with me as it is and as long as I use it within 6 hours it would be ok?

Yep, you're good at room temperature for 6-8 hours according to my midwife.

I use the 4 hr rule but im sure 6 is fine.

Ok, daft question but on average what would be room temp?
Not over 25C?
Also if I do have to take one from the fridge how does one warm it up when out and about? Thanks
