Exercise and a healthy first timester....

All by myself, it's taken me a long time to get this far and was determined to do a half marathon before I fell pregnant but obviously won't be pushing it that far now.
 
I've been walking/ or treadmill 2x a day. Plan on adding some yoga and swimming when it warms up
 
Well, since I created this thread I've done zero exercise!

I have been buy clearing out cupboards today... does that count?

Seriously need to get out and try my new trainers and i'm lucky enough to be flexible at work and now that its our quieter time and I have hours in hand that I plan on finishing work an hour earlier every day so I truly have no excuse!

Haven't got a dvd player (hubby hates lots of leads) but he suggested I look on youtube as its a smart tv and low and behold there's loads of them!!!
If my ds wll play in his bedroom late i'm going to do a half hour first trimester workout.
