I wouldn't do too much if you're not used to it... Maybe you could go for a couple of nice walks and see how you get on! Swimming might be another good option for you.
Join an aquanatal class or do swimming if you're not used to exercise. My sister lost weight during pregnancy because she got into swimming! She was big to start with and hadn't done much exercise but midwife recommended she not gain too much, she didn't want to restrict her diet so just started exercising.
Yoga is really nice too! It will strengthen your muscles and also help you relax! I don't like normal exercise much, but I am crazy about yoga and it has made my body a lot stronger
