Femlieve Agnus castus

Bought some Agnus castus today to try and help with ovulation as don't think I ovulated this month but think I may have the wrong thing. It is called femlieve Agnus castus and the woman in the shop did say it can help regulate ovulation, although the box says don't take if ttc :-/ Anyone know what dose you should take to help with ovulation. These tablets have 4mg of extract equivalent to 28-52mg pure. That doesn't seem much. They also have ethanol in :-/

I thought about getting this (my cycles range between 40-90+ days!) but the bit about not using when TTC put me off. Apparently using it until ovulation can be okay but I can't always pinpoint mine properly. Might have to start temping.

I have heard good things about it. Got some different ones coming off amazon now so hopefully i will be able to return these ones. you could use opks if you don't fancy temping? I couldn't get on with temping when ttc ds and I couldn't do it now as I rarely get a solid nights sleep!

I use OPKs yeah. Problem is that they show positive 2-5 times a month for me!
