Films for a 12 year old..?

I need some film ideas for a 12 year old boy. The only ones I know he definitely likes he already has - Transformers, Godzilla, Lego Movie and Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Is there any other films within those sort of genres that are suitable for a 12 year old that are fairly recent releases? Or due to come out before Christmas on DVD?

Harry potter though I think the later ones are cert 15

The hunger games and divergent my daughter watches and loves these and is 10

The Sarah jane box set is fab too again my daughter loves these

Thanks ladies. Sarah Jane sounds familiar - I've no idea what it is but I'm sure hes mentioned it to me before so will look into it
