Starting to freak myself out. I have been super nauseous for 2 days. AF only lasted 2.5 days and never got really heavy. Usually I am really heavy for 2 days then light for another 2 or 3. I never even had to use super tampons this month. I know it's probably nothing or from the medication for my tooth but I can't help but wonder if the nausea is morning sickness. I've heard of women still getting AF throughout their pregnancy. I know I'm probably just over thinking things but I can't help but wonder. Someone tell me I'm crazy lol.

Oooh Gina!! It doesn't sound crazy to me! Of course here I am two days late for AF and with a BFN on the test I took yesterday lol. I've heard of women who do continue to get AF throughout early pregnancy and even all the way through. Sooo are you going to test?

I am going to wait until Thursday to test. I HAVE to know by Friday. If I get this surgery and then find out I was pregnant I will most likely miscarry. Especially because I will be getting anesthesia. I have 1 CB digi left so I'll save it until Thursday morning. I used to take this medication all the time because I have tendenitis and it never bothered me before. last night I didn't really think anything of it but today I have been feeling so nauseous that it got me thinking lol.

Oh good lord how stressful. Well at least Thursday isn't too far away! So if you get a BFP will you have to cancel your surgery? Or at least reschedule it?

Ya I will have to reschedule it until I am at least in my second trimester, possibly until after the baby is born. Not sure how this doctor feels about it. I know during second trimester it is safe for the baby. but I'm pretty sure I'd have to be awake for it. Then the only problem becomes figuring out what to tell people about why I didn't get it done. Lol.

Oh yeah I guess you will have to have some sort of explanation handy. Maybe that the doctor thought that the surgery would go easier if you waited a couple months? lol or that you had some work stuff pop up that you couldn't miss. Hoping that you get a BFP, and that you won't be confused by crazy cycle stuff like what's happening with me...seriously I'm stumped.

Seriously you just need to get that BFP! Are you still cramping at all? I don't know how your not testing constantly. Haha. You have some crazy self restraint!

Still cramping, though it's not AF-type cramps as much as a bloated feeling and random twinges. And now it's a lot of back pain and leg cramps too! W.T.F. Really hoping it's going to turn into a BFP, since I'm reading so much about late positive tests. My family gets here for their visit on Friday morning, and I can't decide whether it's a good thing that I'll be occupied, or if it will drive me crazy wanting to know the whole time they are here!

Well at least you won't be going crazy wanting to tell them it's a bfp if you don't have one by then lol. That sounds really promising though! Those are all definitely pregnancy symptoms. Hopefully it sticks and you get your BFP soon! I know you must just be banging your head against a wall wanting answers one way or another!

Pretty much! I've always been able to count on my cycle, even right after coming off birth control, so this is entirely new and unwelcome lol. Of course, if it turns into a BFP, it will be worth it

The last chance to test before they get here will be Thursday morning so I'll test then, even though that doesn't put me at a full week late. *shrugs* oh well

WOW! so many things in one day!
Gina it can definately happen for you! thats a very weird and suspicious AF that may be But also if you are taking medication the nausea can be something related maybe?
Mininun i admire you waiting to test again!

That's a good one Esperanza. I can say the infection came back and hope I don't jinx myself lol. I am betting it's just from the medication but one can hope

Lol you should Esperanza! Who knows, maybe we will all get BFP's at the same time, since both Gina and I have to test on Thursday! So much craziness this month!

How is everyone doing today? I've been feeling really emotional. Pretty sure it was just the medication making me nauseous. I keep seeing pregnancy anouncements from my friends and it just makes me want to scream. All these people not trying, not even wanting it. People who have only been dating a year or so. It just makes me so envious. like what makes them deserve a baby?! Ugh. So emotional today, had to rant a little.

Hugs, Gina. I totally know how you feel. A friend of mine is engaged to be married this November, they have been dating less than a year, and she just found out she's pregnant. Not going to lie, super jealous. I keep thinking that my turn is just around the corner though, and I'm sure yours is too! And it will be all that much better when we do get that BFP we have been waiting for.

I'm feeling really stressed out today - partially because of my new job, I start a new contract writing job in a few weeks, but I think mainly because of this late period/weird cycle or whatever it is. If I'm pregnant, I feel like it should show up by now. I have seen so many posts from ladies on here who get BFN's after a missed period and then end up getting a BFP, but it's still very discouraging. And I've probably been abusing Google with reasons why my period may be missed...everything from annovulatory cycle to a cyst! Wtf. Why does my body choose this time to screw with me? Argh.

Hi ladies!

Same here...very emotional. Its been a stressful week with the travel arrangements for my family to come to the wedding, plus paperwork that I have to present here to get married. Now I just screamed at my boyfriend for no reason and he left to watch a football game.
Gina and Mininun: Hang in there girls, you are not alone, your babies are on the way! I do believe that and it comforts me to think that their souls are just taking a little bit of time to come to our bodies.

I feel so crazy that am holding my pee to test now that am home alone....

I'm glad I'm not alone! I just want this baby soooo bad!! I've had baby fever for a long time but not like this. I can't imagine what it's like to have fertility issues and try for years. I don't think i could do it. My now husband and I successfully conceived (accidentally) when I was 19 so unless something has changed we know our bodies work together lol. It's just so discouraging to constantly get BFNs.
Mini, I am convinced your BFP will come tomorrow morning! Try to relax. Late periods happen but when you have always been so regular its doubtful that it is anything other than a baby. I've got my fingers crossed. I just know you will be getting your BFP soon! New job is exciting but definitely stressful. Good luck with it! I'm sure you will do great!

Esperanza, oh wedding planning is so stressful! But it's a good distraction at least. Our poor guys with our hormones. They don't stand a chance haha.

Thanks, Esperanza! I hope you can get through all the arrangements for your wedding with a minimum of stress Weddings are fun, but can be sooo stressful lol. I have a new symptom that started this afternoon and has me even more confused. This may be tmi, but I've had a bit of brownish discharge today, no blood though. Does anyone have a clue of what this might be? I guess it could be AF starting, but I've never had that with AF before. Ugh!

I get brownish discharge before and after AF... it's spotting that has been in your vagina for a little while so instead of being red it's brown. At least in my experience..
