Yes Ov tests do measure in MIU also.

You probably need some less sensitive ones. I was reading the other day that we all have a certain amount of what the OPKs measure. This natural amount varies between people so some can naturally have more than others. Those that do can get positives all the time on versy sensitive OPKs as they are always above the cut off point. They do them in different sensitivities though so you probably just need a less sensitive version (perhaps 20 miu?).
