First period after being off pill is the one that counts?

Been off Seasonique for a week then I jsut got my period today. Do you think its the real period or the one you get after being off the pill? Im so anxious to start,I dont want to wait but just not sure if this is the real deal or not? Thanks

Did you finish the pack or just stop taking them? If you just stopped then this is probably your withdrawal bleed from pill rather than true period. You can still try though! I know a few people who never got their first period off the pill because they got pregnant straight away x
