Fmu vs Smu

So, I was reading on another forum about smu... which is complete new news to me... a lot of people on there received a bfp using smu rather than fmu, I'm just wondering what you ladies think? What has been the best outcome for you. I'm testing tomorrow and really wanting my bfp. Advise please 🤗

It seems to vary from woman to woman. I think that mostly, the difference is probably just that more time has passed, and a few hours adds just a bit more hcg to the system. For most, however, FMU is still considered the best because you typically have the highest accumulation after you've slept all night.

Yeah I did wonder if timing is just the case. Got my bfn this morning on a frer. Only 8dpo.. so I know I'm not out yet. Thanks for your reply xx
