Wow Laura, I didn't realize new teeth could trigger more seizures? Hopefully once his new teeth are in his seizures will slow down. 5 teeth u say? Poor little guy! He must be in a lot of pain. Is he cutting any molars? Molars are suppose to be even more painful than the other teeth. Sophie in the process of getting her 9th tooth (an upper right molar) and her bottom right molar is still breaking through. That molar has been slowly breaking through for the last 2.5 to 3 months!! The areas has been red and swollen for that long. Finally I am starting to feel the tooth ridges.

Hey Xx

When his seizures aren't properly controlled anything that causes stress can contribute to extra seizures, sickness, pain, even fear and noise.
Epilepsy needs its ads kicked soon
It's bugging my baby and my Mom

Aw a tantrum over rubbish, hee hee.
Its funny Ehrn they r on that big independent steak.
It's the worst offence ever to rob them of their mission.
Cuteness
S pitches hissy fit when he thinks he is goin in the bath or outside and it doesn't happen
Cries real tears and all.

Xxx to all

Ditto ^^^ darn epilepsy!

Thank you Jess for the info on A1C! Super informative. I was at 5.7. I was told to repeat in a few months with my pcp. I'm getting ready to do a Candida cleanse as recommended by a nutritionist. She said often women who suffer mc's have an excess of yeast that can cause diabetic tendencies/symptoms. She said sometimes it rights itself, but the cleanse can't hurt! I'd say my Achilles is my wine---red wine great for the heart, but bad for blood sugars :dohh:

Oh and the car seat, yeah, we ALWAYS leave with enough time to let P buckle himself in...we learned that the hard way! "Rob them of their mission" is the perfect phrase Laura!

Happy Thursday ladies :howdy:

So is everyone ready for the season finale of the Big Bang Theory?

Thanks guys
he is much better today thank God
Thanks fir well wishes.

Angel that's really interesting
I've had some diabetic symptoms over last few weeks
Thought it was my own fault with diet.
Prob partly.
I've cut out sugary stuff now and feel much better
My blood sugar levels are usually fine.
Least now I know a reason for it.
Thanks :-D

Love to all

Laura ~ I know I've craved carbs, especially at night. I knew something was going on. I'm def watching my carb & sugar intake. I'll start the 15 day cleanse when Web goes on his next trip---hard to cut out sugars, carbs & dairy when he is around :munch:

Enjoy your parent's visit Amy!

Jess ~ Hope you're feeling better.

Bethany?? Thinking of you!

TGIF!

Happy Mother's Day , ladies! To the rainbow babies and our angels out there. We are all mothers. It reminds me of my loss around this time as it was two years ago.
Amy next year your rainbow baby(ies) will be in your arms!
Miss you guys and sorry not to be around much!
Some know because of facebook, but for those who do not my girls have been home since last Saturday. Nighttime has been tough but other than that things have been going pretty well.

Were y'all playing the quiet game? :haha: I suck at it, I've the gift of gab!

So my brother's baby was born at CHOP. My SIL went up on Friday to the Ronald McDonald House to wait out her last 3 weeks, only to have him the following Tuesday (yesterday). Baby David weighs 5lbs 5oz (born at 37+2). While in labor the Cardiologist told my SIL not to expect the baby to stabilize, but he did! This little fella is defying the odds...they still await the results of his most recent echocardiogram. Praying the Cardio team up there can come up with a plan to keep this sweet baby around for a long long time. Originally we were told he has to get through the first 48-72 hours, 24 down--48 to go! I want to drive up there to see him (5hr trip), but my DH isn't here at the moment *whomp whomp* Meanwhile I'll be holding my breath and praying.

I'd like to end this post with something humorous or cute, but I can't think of anything---ummm---let's see---nope, nada! Oh so my BFF is prob going in this weekend to have her baby...this literally just reminded me that we would've had newborns together---gah! I'm PMSing and rambling...I'm going to try this quiet game for real this time :/

Laura thats not no news hun! Im sorry to hear about the meds being raised and your mom. Glad to hear that she is home and hope she feels better. Regarding the meds, did they say how long he would have to take this dosage? Was this a result of his EEG? Massive hugs hun to you and your little guy.
