Laura, the "snow" that rarely occurred in my home part of Texas was the type that would melt and become ice. I've never had to shovel snow. Or really deal with anything beyond ice! People in other places like to tease Texans because if it is remotely icy/snowy we usually won't leave the house. DH says the Thai are the same way with their fear of rain lol.
I probably should see a doctor but sadly we don't have insurance until he starts his new job so I just have to wing it until then.
Angel, I'm not sure where Amy is in CO but we will be near Colorado Springs!
He did get a job and I'm home again! Very happy. As for the chickens- my sister was close so she came by and cared for them for us which is really the best lol.
Wait, Laura I missed that you are pregnant too? YAY!
I'm actually spotting over here which is huge because I haven't had anything for a couple of months now.
We decided that it would be best to give away all our chickens
we will have some again if we can find a more remote place to live in a year. Besides, DH now thinks that both our silkies were crowing. Sigh.
Not much exciting. Just me sick and mopey.
