Earl would love the chance to go in a pushchair! lol
In all honesty, we've walked everywhere with him since Eddy was born, but we tend to use the car for longer journeys, or the bus for hops into town (it's 1.5 miles each way - walkable but a long way walking in the rain/wind).
It's whatever works and while I don't always agree with people putting their 3/4yo into a pushchair for short walks (we have some kids who are older than Earl that get brought by pushchair to pre-school which is about half a mile from where they/we live), if it's a long way and/or I see people shopping with an older child in a pushchair I rarely even think twice about it. I'll be sad to see my pushchair go altogether - they're so handy when out and about really.
