If i store the milk in a caintainer do they have bottle lids eg with teats that screw directly on the containers or do u need to thaw miilk and then transfer into bottle?

Well, I would say that unless you have tonnes of bottles to spare, you might like to freeze the milk in a container that is not a bottle, i.e. a breast milk storage bag. You can then defrost the milk and transfer to a bottle.

Mine are bottles that screw into the pump then wheb thawed you transfer to your prefered bottle. Not all plastic is safe to freeze :)
