Fuming. I am not a charity case!!

is she on benefits? if she is rest assured she will be getting enough to survive. if she insists on luxuries such as shopping out of catalogues (named stuff, electricals etc) then tough shit.. i'd tell her where to go, in a not so polite way!

as my mam says (when she found out i was giving to 3 different causes..) charity starts at home!

If she is on benefits she can afford basics like food and electricity. I think she is taking advantage of your kind nature tbh x

I'd unplug it!

If she wants to watch tv, she can bloody well pay for it herself, it takes the Proverbial.

It sounds harsh, but she's taking you for a mug and abusing your generosity. Its not on, especially now you're on less money.

Im angry for you!! :hugs:

id never help a neighbour out like this so ur a saint in the first place. id tell her to get lost n go to the jobcentre if shes that broke for help n id unplug the lead too, no way would i let her use my electric to watch tv.

im fuming for u, she sounds like a nighmare

Think of it this way - would she help you out if you were in a hole? Does she ever repay you (be it money or helping you out?) If the answer is no, then unplug - crual to be kind hun, she must learn to budget - i'd suggest she sells her telly

n if she dare comes to ur door if u do unplug id seriously tell her to f off!

cheeky mare!! if she is really struggling as much as she is making out im sure the social could give her some sort of crisis loan or something??

she is abusing your good nature hun & its not on!! people like this make me sick... give them an inch & they take a bloody mile!! :grr: xx

Unplug it and if she says anything, tell her a blue spark shot out of the plug and you dont want to start a fire or blow the electrics.

V xxx

She's taking advantage of your generosity and kindness. Enough is enough, she needs to stand on her own two feet. It would be bad enough if you were rolling in it.

No hun. When there was a mix up with our money and it stopped for a week she didn't offer any support and my mum and dad had to lend me some money

Also the other day I came home and Aidan wasn't very well. It was about half six and she was stood in the front garden talking to one of her friends. I said I had to get straight in give Aidan a bath and get him to bed. She said it was to early. Basically undermining my descion as a parent in front of her friend. I felt so stupid even though I knew he needed too go to bed a little earlier.
Xx

:nope: unplug it! say it blew the fuses in your house as there was too much power in that socket or something. actually no - i wouldnt even lie, id be completely up front and honest. its not fair on you to have to sub her when she is so obviously taking the piss :(

Wow hun you're amazingly kind but she's taking the p as everyone else has said! I wouldn't be giving her anything myself and I'd be unplugging that lead and looking after my own first :hugs: Hope you find a solution very soon!

I'd uplug it now. It's not fair you are helping her out so much and she doesn't seem to be learning to help herself.

hope u unpluged it n told that leach to stay away from u n that u wont help her out anymore. i think id we had a neighbour like this who even hinted about us lending her money my oh would laugh in her face.

both u and ur oh are far too nice so its ashame someone like her is taking advantage

Like everyone else has said she is taking the michael. You have been far too good to her already (cos you're a lovely person!). x

Ive got no problem with lending someone money in a tight spot.
But no way would i keep helping someone out who is opbviously not helping themselves.
I think you've been very nice to do what you have been doing, but now is the time to say enough is enough!!

Thank's girls. I went round this morning and said it was taking to much electric and i unplugged it
Xx

id do more then unplug it lol but good on u, dont take her crap anymore x
