Hi Barack,
I'm disorganised too!! My DH is away til the 27th of march and waiting for him! So fingers crossed I don't go too early as we will be trying to get the nursary ready when I'm in labour!
Think I will slowly start to pack my hospital bag in a few weeks time.
:hugs:

Xx

I'll join in! I need this for the final weeks I think my hubby and mother are tired of me constantly talking about baby and how many weeks I have left lol. I'm 31 +2 tomorrow! Feel pretty great besides being tired halfway through the day. But I do have an almost 4 year old so that explains it.

My mum keeps making sneaky comments about me only talking about my pregnancy! I'm quite offended! X

Nope not long left now at all! I cant believe tbh....we ordered cotbed the other day but me being me and having a brain like sieve didnt check delivery properly....could take 8 weeks to deliver lol!! Oopsie!! She will prolly b here by then lol!! Xxxx

I remember posting my first thread in third-tri, it seems like last week:haha: One more month or less and we are down to days lol.

We just finished ordering the last few items as well, so do not feel bad. If it is any help we were told it would be a few weeks and ended up receiving the last few orders a week or so after. They usually like to take a larger estimate than needed in case processing takes longer than expected.

How's everyone doing today? I have been eating healthily from when I could start eating again in 2nd tri but from last week I find myself eating junk. I don't want this to be a habit because I plan to breastfeed exclusively for the first few months. How are you ladies dealing with unhealthy eating habits?

Almost, pre-pregnancy I used to eat super healthily. Now I'm struggling with veggies as just not appealing. All I want to eat is carbs and chocolate... Used to work out 4-5x per week pre-preg too but haven't been up for doing anything since getting pregnant. I'm just too tired/physically weak. NEVER thought I'd be like this.... I'm just trying to do my best now rather than getting too worried! x

I was doing ok with eating too but im needing and wanting creme eggs i hated them before i was pregnany.... I eat good cos of my lil girl its when she goes to bed i find it hard not to comfort wat i stand looking at fruit and beside it is chocolate and last 2 days chocolate have won... I am.even craving peanuys

I haven't bought much yet tbh, apart from clothes - plenty of clothes! I still have the moses from when dd was tiny and we'll be using the same infant carseat and our original buggy. Certainly feels different second time around as you don't have so much stuff to buy - and I love to shop!

Mat leave starts on 28th March, only 21 working days left! (been as I only work 4 days a week)

How's everyone sleeping

Not well! Can't seem to get comfy and nor does baby!

As far as eating goes I just crave crap! But baby appears fine so hopefully it will be ok! Have to force the fruit down me! X

I don't sleep, I'm running off of 1-2 hours a night. As for the food cravings, well I've gained 22 lbs, so what does that say LOL

Sleep is very broken atm, the spd is very uncomfortable at night, hard to get comfy and when I do get comfy I then need to go and pee! Also, I keep waking up and finding that I've been sleeping on my back, not good!

Food wise, I just cannot stop eating - anything and everything, but especially sweet things!

Me too and for most of the pregnancy (although mine is about 4 hours per night). Killer when I was at work all day and no time to nap but at least I'm on mat leave now so can sleep in the day :)

Same here with sleep :-( every 3/4 hours im up on a good night. And these bloody hip/thigh cramps are bloody horrid. I usually make up for it with a nap on the afternoon, but the kids are off school for half term.

Iv also started to develop stretch marks on my stretch marks lol

Sleep is shite atm! And due to anaemia im knackered!! Xxxx

My hips are killing me at night so sleep is rubbish! Plus I have to go to the loo about every hour/ hour and a half! I've no idea where it's all coming from! Lol

Also really tired! Have taken mid day naps of about an hour for the last 2 days! Luckily I'm not working anymore!

I panicked after seeing how organised everyone was yesterday so went shopping today lol! Feel better for it! Got some nice clothes in next & mamas and papas. Where are other uk ladies shopping? I heard mothercare stuff doesn't wash well- but it's really reasonable so don't want to rule it out because of one persons opinion. Has anyone bought from mothercare before?

Also where r uk ladies getting nursery furniture? I just realised today that it can take several weeks to order!!! Mamas and papas sets seem to be best value (for set of wardrobe, cotbed & drawers/ changer) - anyone seen better deals?

Hi, can I join too please!

Nice to see someone else awake at stupid o'clock! Heartburn is keeping me awake tonight, as per usual and despite lots of gaviscon! Another spd sufferer here, am going to get appointment with physio sorted tomorrow because its getting worse and worse.

I've gained 38lbs so far so I probably top the league in that department! I was really active before spd kicked in and had lost 6stone after having dd so I find all the weight gain a bit upsetting. I keep being told its all bump though so hopefully I'll lose it all quite quickly after giving birth. I had no self control during 2nd tri and ate loads of crap but I'm using some self control now and have stopped gaining vast amounts of weight each week!

Anyone else hoping for a home birth? X

Hey ladies, can I join in too?
I am 29 weeks 2 days, having twins, so I seem to experience a lot of various symptoms, although this is my first pregnancy so not much to compare it to.

I'd have to say that sleeping has just been a complete joke... I wake up every hours to flip sides and it is a huge process as my belly is just huge and I having like groin pains and aches. My doctor didn't seem alarmed when I told her about the groin pains.

Due to a high-risk of a twin pregnancy and a job teaching kindergarten where I am on my feet most the day, my doctor is putting me on leave starting 3/4.
This week I finally felt inspired to work on the nursery... we have the cribs and started to paint. And today finally found crib bedding I like... still a lot to do but at least we are making progress.

I have restless lega and leg xramps whenever in bed and literally have 2 just keep moving my leg lol!! Primark gros wash really well and are so cheap you dont really mindif u need to throw away! George at asda have some gorgeous things in also xxxxxxx
