Girls using soft cups

I tried soft cups for the first time yesterday. We BD and I went to the bathroom to put it in. I was just curious if it's normal to still have stuff in the cup after you take it out. Not a lot of course but some. I didn't leave it in as long as I should have. Only about 5 hours or so. We BD in the afternoon and then had to go grocery shopping. Since it's my first time using it I thought I'd ask

Its the fluid that sperm lives in.

Basically your DH cm. Its not the sperm.
The sperm have already swam up.

Yes, the whole semen doesn't go through your cervix, just the sperm cells.
