going watching Take That this saturday#update pg 3#

I think at least if i get a seat i will be able to get in and out to go to the toilet, will try for an aisle seat too lol. Im feeling ok and im not needing to wee so much in this weather so hopefully i will be fine :) Bring it on :)

When I went to see them in Sunderland 2 years ago there were plenty of unreserved seats available. If you want one near the front, you need to get there early, but if your not bothered about being further back you should be able to get one at pretty much any stage. We started off standing, but after about 4 hours of standing my feet started aching, so we just moved towards the back and sat down for the end of the concert - the atmosphere was still fab.

sneaking from 2nd tri i have tickets to go see them and im not going to go! im from london and the only ticket i could get was birmingham, so the friends are going by coach.... :-( boooo and doing it all in one day bigger boooo!!!! so my mums going in my place! im so upset! ive loved them from round one! and have never seen them as a 5!!! :-(

well u know the ultimate tour on dvd well that was at city grounds and i was there when it was filmed for dvd and we got a seat no problem as we was standing then, we are seated now thou, toilets ques are horrific thou so be cheeky and brave and push to the front pointing at your bump and say sorry i hope u understand i just cant hold it like the rest of u do u mind ? the girl in front wont dare to say yeah, she may give dirty looks and u may hear some tuts but so long as you dont care about skippie and his mates just have a wee and leave, im not going to let it bother me or ruin my day trying to hold it in.

I went to see them Friday night in Manchester. I had seats and didnt have any problems with big ques for the toilets which was good! They were taking drinks off people as they went in but because mine was sealed they let me take it in.
I had a really good night, they were really good! xx

I am going to Cardiff a week Tuesday! I have got seated tickets though....thank goodness!

well it was not as bad for the loo's as we had seating so ques where almost non exsistant but some people were very rude and ignored my bump and kept pushing me and walking into me and one girl pushed in front of my for the que for the toilet i was fuming and said something out loud to which she pretended to ignore me.

Well i was able to use the disabled toilet with no wait at all! just got the steward to unlock it for me :) we got seats and my bag was never checked allowing me to take as much food and drink in as I wanted :) boys were amazing too! a great night!
Claire x

Glad to see no-ones had a major problems wooooo. I was surprised when no-one checked bags, you've no idea how much water and snacks I'd managed to stuff in mine!

I had loads too Claire! infact I came out not having eaten and drank it all and didnt spend a penny in there LOL

I'm supposed to be going a week Wednesday and I really don't know what to do!
I reeeeeaaaally want to go but I just think it might be too difficult... I'm so bad with needing the toilet at the moment that even though the steward will let me into the disabled one, I'll be back and fore bugging them every 2 mins - actually, by the time I get back to the show I'll prob need to go again!!! haha... On top of the normal though I'm also suffering with SPD which is painful whether I'm sitting or standing - it's been worse this last week or so... I just can't make a decision!!!!! Aaarrrggghhh!

I went last night too, I'm 32 weeks and had standing/unreserved seating as well, we got a seat fine no problems. All our bags were searching on the way in and they were shouting "No food or drink" I had however come prepared and stuffed food and drink in my large coat pockets, I also took a poncho and folded food hidden inside it! It's not like I was taking in alcohol, just water and some snacks! I went to the toilet twice, once during pet shop boys and then again during a set change when the boys were on. There was a queue but not a long one and it was only a few minutes to wait. Glad I went, it was fab, not as good as the circus tour but still great. I did spend some time sitting down during the show but just to rest my knee and feet as I've been having some knee pains, but where we were sat I could still see the screens and hear everything going on!

This is all very reassuring! I'm going tomorrow and starting to get quite nervous. We have reserved tickets for really high up seats though and I'm terrified of heights so I'm wondering if I'll be able to play the preg card and get some seats lower down.

well ladies that went saturday id just like to ask, did u find it funny wehn mark and howard got stuck on that robot mans hands and they had to get down by ladders cause i thought that was hilarious

I thought the lads getting stuck on the robot was so funny! im glad it happened the night we were there, it added to the experience and was really funny!

lol, we went to see GnR a few yrs back and i had in my bag, 4 cans of beer, a bottle of JD and plastic cups (there were four of us, all skint!), we had a ball we did not paying 4quid a pint....they ask for it charging that much!

Went on Sunday, it was brilliant! I was shattered yesterday but it was worth it. We made sure we queued up and got some decent seats in the unreserved bit but to be honest I hardly sat down. I sat out one of the Pet Shop Boys' tunes and had a small sit during TT when the big mechanical man was coming out but apart from that I was up and dancing the whole night. Agree that it wasn't as good as Circus but it was still fabulous as always. The toilet issue didn't bother me at all, the queues moved fairly quickly and I saw plenty of preggo ladies being escorted to disabled/parenting toilets etc if they wanted. I didn't bother though. I didn't really experience any pushing or shoving either, my mum and the rest of our gang looked out for me but I was fine and not being stood on the pitch meant I was away from that anyway.

The 'boys' (men) are currently staying in a hotel about 5 minutes away from my work. Shall I go and hang around outside at lunchtime to catch a glimpse of them? Tee hee.

As Gary looked so hot then yes I would go for a sneeky peak at their hotel :)

sneaking in from first trimester i'm going in july on the 9th will be 16 weeks then but we do have seats (as far as i remembered quite near the back as was all we could get) but given i'm now pregnant i think this could become a very wise decision
