Got a cold...:-(

Evening ladies!!

I got a cold. It just seems to be in my nose and I keep sneezing!!

Is there anything I can take? I have a vapour rub but that's all.

My boss handed me cold and flu tabs but I refused them and said I had already taken something!!

I hate colds I am reaaly rubbish with them!!

Sorry you are sick. I suggest fluids (water, juice), vitamins, and sleep. I know that is basic but it's the simple things sometimes. If you are congested, I would reccomend an expectorant like Mucinex.
