hi i am new and i am clueless as to the lingo sry what is a stone?
I am almost 4 months and i have lost almost 15 lbs

cool well done you, its always the best time to ry to lose weight in the summer as you dont tend to eat as stodgy fatty foods plus, the heat makes you drink more fluids which then helps get rid of retained water.
