guaranteed to O in 36 hours with trigger shot

Is the trigger shot a guarantee that you will O within 36 hours. I took mine Tuesday so Thursday midnight should be 36 hours but my Opk's remain positive even the Digi's so I'm confused.

Hi,

I did the trigger shot yesterday morning at 9am, dr said that we must bd at 9pm tonight.

I did opk last night and it was positive.

He says I will definately O, as my follicle was ready at 19mm.
