This is my 4th pregnancy and I had a scan at 7w3d due to bleeding.
Saw the baby which looked like a blob with a heartbeat. Very small but I saw more then just a sac.
However I went in thinking I was 8 weeks but I was 4 days behind. So don't stress if your dates aren't what you thought.
